UTM Student Mobility Program

Dear YBhg. Dato'/ Datuk/ Prof./ Dr./ Tuan/ Puan,

RAMADAN MUBARAK from all of us in UTM International!

On behalf of the Global Education Unit, UTM International (http://www.utm.my/international/) I would like to inform all UTM academic staffs and researchers that ALL UTM STUDENTS (both locals & internationals, undergraduates & postgraduates) who are planning to go abroad for any mobility program (Global Outreach Program, attending seminar/conference or competition, data collection or research attachment/ study abroad/exchange) are required to get an approval first from the Office of Deputy Vice Chancellor (Academic & International) and Office of Student Affairs (HEMA).

In the case that the student is not requesting any funding from UTM International, we have developed a simple online application form for the students to apply. Please be informed that this online application form is designed ONLY FOR students who would like to join our mobility program WITHOUT requesting any fund from UTM International. The online application form can be accessed at http://www.utm.my/international/application-for-outbound-approval-only/ .

For the mobility program's application (Outbound) with UTM mobility fund (for local students only), the students must apply manually using our form which is available at http://www.utm.my/international/outbound-mobility/ according to the type of mobility.

We would really appreciate it if you could disseminate this information to all students in your faculty/lab/under your supervision.
